ERIN M. McDONOUGH, PhD
Dr. McDonough is the owner and founder of the practice, and she specializes in neuropsychological evaluations of children with diverse learning needs.
Dr. McDonough earned a doctorate in School Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a respecialization certificate in neuropsychology from the Fielding Graduate Institute.
Dr. McDonough has held positions at St. John's University and Rutgers University, where she trained and supervised clinical and school psychology graduate students in psychological assessment.
Dr. McDonough taught courses in learning disability identification, crisis intervention, and other topics in school psychology. She has co-authored chapters and co-edited a book on the topics of learning disability identification and cognitive assessment.
She has also presented to schools in New York, New Jersey, and around the country in learning disability identification and other aspects of psychological assessment.
MEGAN DOYLE-CONLON, PsyD
Dr. Megan Doyle is a licensed psychologist in New York, who specializes in the treatment of mood, anxiety, and behavioral disorders, including issues resulting from trauma. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, and SPACE treatment.
Dr. Doyle began her career at the NYU Child Study Center, working with families affected by the attack on the World Trade Center. After earning her Psy.D in School Psychology from St. John’s University, Dr. Doyle worked as a school psychologist in districts on Long Island.
She is highly trained in psycho-educational assessment, including the identification of specific learning disorders, emotional and attention disorders, and autism spectrum disorder. Dr. Doyle is also trained on the ADOS-2, the "gold standard" of autism assessment.
Dr. Doyle left the field of school psychology to raise her three children, and has returned to the clinical setting where she began her career.


ROSINA PZENA, PsyD
Dr. Pzena is a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist in New York State. She obtained her Psy.D. in School Psychology from St. John's University and has been working as a school psychologist and CSE chairperson at a local high school on Long Island.
Dr. Pzena specializes in the assessment of adolescents and adults to identify learning disabilities, attentional disorders, and autism. She has experience conducting comprehensive evaluations that can help determine if clients may require accommodations in high school or for college, post-graduate or professional examinations.
Therapeutically, Dr. Pzena was also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) at the Albert Ellis Institute, and built her experience working with adolescents and adults who struggled with anger management, oppositional behavior, and conduct issues.

Jennifer Sawicki, LMHC
Jen is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in School Psychology at Adelphi University and has received training in a wide range of therapy modalities, which she utilizes in both talk and play therapy.
Jen also integrates her knowledge of psychological assessment into her clinical practice, and has a particular focus on research related to childhood trauma.

Her approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that there is no "one-size-fits-all" solution. Jen uses an integrative approach, tailored to the specific needs of each client, and views therapy as a collaborative journey. She works as a team with her clients to help them gain insight and discover solutions, empowering them to find their own direction toward healing.

In each session, Jen's goal is for clients to leave with a deeper understanding of themselves and with practical tools they can apply in their daily lives. Her focus is on building self-efficacy and self-acceptance, so they are equipped to navigate whatever life brings their way.
